Ingredients:
1 baguette, sliced 🥖
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped 🍅

Instructions:
- Prepare the Bread:

Ingredients:
12 large mushrooms 🍄
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/4 cup breadcrumbs 🍞
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
2 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:
- Prepare the Mushrooms:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms 🍄 and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and chop the stems finely.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil 🫒 over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and garlic 🧄, cooking for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in the breadcrumbs 🍞, Parmesan cheese 🧀, parsley 🌿, salt 🧂, and pepper.
