1. Mojito 🍹

Ingredients:

10 fresh mint leaves 🌿

1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges 🍋

2 tbsp white sugar 🧂

1 cup ice cubes 🧊

1 1/2 ounces white rum 🍾

1/2 cup club soda 🥤

Instructions:

  1. Muddle Mint and Lime:
    • In a sturdy glass, muddle the mint leaves 🌿 and 1 lime wedge 🍋 together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
    • Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar 🧂. Muddle again until the lime is well-juiced.
  2. Add Ice and Rum:
    • Fill the glass with ice 🧊, then pour in the white rum 🍾.
  3. Top with Club Soda:
    • Top off with club soda 🥤. Stir well to mix.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and additional mint leaves 🌿. Serve chilled.

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare Matcha:

    2. Heat the Milk:
      • In a small saucepan, heat the milk 🥛 over medium heat until hot but not boiling. If you prefer an iced latte, skip this step and use cold milk.
    3. Combine Matcha and Milk:
